Americans blame the CO2s on foreign counties
Although China has recently surpassed the US for producing the most C02s, the USA has greater pollution per person. China has far more people, but they don't have very much more pollution than the US. The USA is the only country in the world that didn't join Kyoto. Kyoto is a group hat tries to get countries to join together to slow down pollution. Although quite a few states have joined Kyoto, they need to get the US as a whole to join it. Although China could do more to stop the pollution, it is understood that they have the greatest pollution. When you vote in the election think about who will do the best to stop global warming. Whether it's Obama, Hillary Clinton, or McCain that you vote for, think about the dieing polar bears that possibly could be saved if you changed your vote.
